Doug Goldstein

Doug Goldstein is an Associate Analyst at n-tech Research and possesses twenty plus years of business-to-business sales, marketing, and development across multiple industry verticals including electronics, displays, aerospace, medical, packaging, industrial, energy and building products among others. During his career, Doug has successfully lead development of new high-value products and business lines within segmented markets from inception to maturity, exceeding $20 MM in sales.  His work history includes marketing and business development leadership roles within Eastman Chemical, AzkoNobel, Adhesives Research and Transcontinental Advanced Coatings. He holds an MBA from Wake Forrest University.

Doug has a deep understanding of the business of roll-to-roll coated and converted materials and their applications within key business sectors. He has successfully bridged the technical and commercialization aspects of advanced coatings and materials and adhesives. His experience in market analysis, strategic planning, business development and bringing products to market provides the foundation of his consulting expertise.  He is adept at presenting concepts, analysis and recommendations to all levels of management within R&D, manufacturing, marketing and sales units.

Robert Nolan

Robert Nolan is a Co-Founder of n-tech Research and has worked in subject matter areas that include electronics, networking, optical components, advanced materials, energy, additive manufacturing and video gaming. He has launched hundreds of market studies across multiple sectors serving in a variety of leadership roles that have delivered results for companies he has owned, worked for or been retained as a professional service provider.

A professional with demonstrated history of building and managing high-value brands within market research, industry analysis and professional services realm. Highly analytical thinker and creative problem solver with ability to engage in big picture or fine detail thinking in addressing “what’s next.” A collaborative leader who inspires people to provide their unique contributions to satisfy current client and future market needs.

Lawrence Gasman

Lawrence Gasman is the Principal Analyst at n-tech Research and one of its co-founders. Mr. Gasman has 40 years’ experience of analyzing the commercialization potential of complex technologies and currently manages all of n-tech’s industry research.

For more than a decade Mr. Gasman has focused his interests on identifying the business opportunities in advanced materials and manufacturing and contributes much of the analysis for n-tech’s core research work on smart materials and surfaces. He is also an acknowledged expert on forecasting for high-technology markets in a broad range of industries.

Mr. Gasman’s consulting clients have included multinationals, start-ups and investors and he has advised them on new product introduction, market positioning and strategy, and sales potential. He has also provided due diligence on mergers and acquisitions for his financial clients and serves on the technology advisory board of a major specialty chemicals firm.

Mr. Gasman has also spoken and written widely on the subject of new materials markets. He has spoken at many industry conferences on three continents and authored four books and numerous articles on high-tech markets.

Mr. Gasman was educated at Manchester University, with advanced degrees from the London School of Economics and London Business School.
